The customer service just went above and beyond for me. I ordered an online item to pick up. Pick up is my jam during this whole pandemic. I got a call about something I ordered not being in stock with the color I ordered it. Turns out they cannot substitute items, even if they are the same, if the sku is different so she was letting me know she would have to cancel it and I would have to reorder it. Pretty decent deals on most items. Employees are are hard to find when you need assistance, they like to gather and talk amongst themselves. I don't think there has been a time I haven't been hit up for money or "money for gas" in the parking lot. The scan n go app is a huge time saver from the long slow lines.
