I ordered some cupcakes from the bakery department. I'm hoping they're as good as they look and sound! I will add to this review after we try them.Edit: Cupcakes were beautiful and delicious!

It’s you’re average sams club, doesn’t open for regular members until 10am

I called today (Thursday 3/4/21) to see if anyone had turned in my military ID it didn't take long for them to answer and transfer me to customer service. J told them what the problem was and then I was placed on "hold" for 20 mins they whole time I could hear the customer service people helping others and then I was hung up on. This is absolutely not ok.

Convenient, but definitely don’t like the mask patrol. I saw an employee rudely harass a customer today. Not good.

The customer service just went above and beyond for me. I ordered an online item to pick up. Pick up is my jam during this whole pandemic. I got a call about something I ordered not being in stock with the color I ordered it. Turns out they cannot substitute items, even if they are the same, if the sku is different so she was letting me know she would have to cancel it and I would have to reorder it. The colors they have though, are not available online. She did some digging and got the clear to substitute it since it's sixes one way, half a dozen the other. Very cool to have during this crazy time and holiday season.

Pretty decent deals on most items. Employees are are hard to find when you need assistance, they like to gather and talk amongst themselves. I don't think there has been a time I haven't been hit up for money or "money for gas" in the parking lot. The scan n go app is a huge time saver from the long slow lines.

This location is super convenient and is always stocked with the usual stuff and some awesome seasonal stuff. What makes an establishment great though I feel like is the people that work there - I feel like every time we have come here we have been treated with the utmost respect and friendliness and the employees seem to actually enjoy being there and helping people. I would like to give a special thank you to a gentleman named Everest, he was on his break outside and helped my husband and I load a TV into our car, we appreciate you. Just wanted to make an update - there's a miserable old bag that works self check out and she not only does not know how to do her job but she is rude. If you don't like people don't work in retail or customer service. She seems too bothered to help out and this has happened to us not once but twice. We asked her to assist us with removing an item that the Sams Club coupon for some reason would not honor, and then she charges us twice for the item which we were trying to remove and acted upset we asked her to correct her mistake. Go work at the DMV with your miserable self. Definitely making a complaint to corporate.

Typica ghetto fayettville business no mangagent Im site, workers in no uniformen. Long lines at food court where they take your money in one line and in the other line they won't start making your food untill you show them a receipt.

I just wish the Walmart Co would claim this on Yelp, so that the customer can feel the sense of ownership when they read the reviews.

Love that I'm able to shop and pay with the scannable app. They have some of the neatest items and I feel I get a lot of bang for my buck.
