Had a catering order. Placed and paid for 2 days before pickup. Order was not ready at appointed time. Only 1 employee. At least a dozen waiting to order lunch. They need to hire a couple more people.
Hendersonville Dickeys was my fiancé and I’s favorite place to eat hands down for the longest time. We ate there several times a week to the point that the owner and all the staff knew us and knew our order. They always provided prompt service no matter how busy they were. They never were out of any product, messed up an order, or anything like that. I really love this place, the food is good, the staff are really nice, and the brisket is wonderful. A personal highlight for me is the fried okra. I wish they still had baked potatoes, but they don’t. If they have it, you should get the pecan pie. It is totally worth the calories.
