MUSHROOMS! I got the Moo Goo Gai pan. The vegetables were cooked very well, I like them crisp. I like mushrooms and ate a lot but this was way too many. Overall it was very dry, no sauce that I expect in this dish.
First things first, the biggest complaint seems to be the ambiance or the lack thereof. I agree that it is not a place for a great dine-in experience. That aside, the food that I tasted so far was perfect without exception. The owners are very friendly as long as customers treat them fairly. I witnessed an exchange with a customer who was hostile from the beginning and seemingly planned to get a free meal before even walking in. Got the beef and broccoli Food didn't have good flavor. There was barely any meat and the sauce wasn't dark enough. The spring rolls weren't good at all. Don't think I will be going back.
