“I usually never have any trouble having trouble with Smithfield getting my food wrong at the drive through window but I got my food I had ordered a chicken breast and BBQ and fries. What I got on my plate was BBQ wings fries and hush puppies. I went back to sit this on the counter. Told them this is not what I ordered. Tht said since I shoved it to the girl at the counter she responded tht since I didn't have a receipt there was nothing that they could do. I said if I don't get another plate there was going to be trouble. She called her manager. They treated me with hostile attitudes and I didn't appreciate the attitude and I told them I don't have to come in here. I got my food and left. So be careful ordering, people don't listen.“

“Unfortunately, I had to give this location 4 stars when comparing it to other CFAs in the surrounding area. The food was good as usual. The location was very clean as well. However, the service fell short in comparison to other locations as I had a longer wait than usual before someone even said anything to me. I was the only one in line as well (7:30 at night). Not even a "my pleasure" ? I know how CFA is about their standards compared to other quick service food chains. This won't deter me from coming to this location again though, but hoping this helps this one continue to grow as it's in a prime spot for the growth in the area.“
