Believe the hype! This food is good! I tried 3 taco plate with rice and beans (not tacos gringos). I had steak and chicken. Steak was my favorite. I am going back, and next time, I will try the Carne asada.
I love the people that dedicate so much time and effort to this food truck! Every time I visit they are super friendly. Yes, you may have to wait a bit for your food but everything is made fresh to order and DELICIOUS. So, it's well worth the wait. If you're adventurous, definitely try their tacos with "lengua". 9 times out of 10 I will get the quesabirrias though. A few restaurants in the area offer this on their menu, but nobody makes them as well as this place.
