If I could give a 0, I would. For the SuperBowl, we ordered 200 wings, the pick-up was 2 hours late. They reserved all fryers towards one gigantic catering order, so everyone else was screwed. Couldn't a fryer or two been reserved to handle smaller orders? The employees were extremely unprofessional. The wings tasted horrible. My husband tried them again last week for a very small order and the wings were still trash! Never again. We'll go back to the New Hope Church Road Wingstop, even though it's 20 mins farther from our home. Do Better!!!

my fiancé and I put in a mobile order at 6:20 tonight, it said 16-20 minutes for pick up. He went in at 6:40 and they hadn’t even started the order, the workers were not helpful. One of the female workers put our order in the back at 7 o’clock and just left it sitting there and so my fiancé went and grabbed our order himself. The fries are completely soggy and taste sour, it seems they put a large amount of lemon pepper seasoning on the fries which I’ve never had done when we order Wingstop. The tenders and boneless wings are alright.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would / I usually don’t leave reviews but this review is a must - the food : was terrible , I’ve eaten at several wing stop locations this one was by far the WORST . The chicken was not tossed they literally fried the chicken which was also over-cooked and just squirted sauce on top of the chicken . The French fries were ice cold . Food was poorly prepared Now to the customer service : this review is mainly to shed light on HER : and the sad part is I came on here to leave a review regarding HER : and there’s a huge picture of her addressing the same rude a** customer service . this young lady (whose also pictured above in another review) at this location had a very very very nasty attitude. A very rude demeanor. She didn’t acknowledge myself or other customers upon coming in or once even at the register. Instead of handing me and others our food she dropped the bag of food on the counter top. I stood at the counter for at least 3-4 minutes looking at my food on the rack ready - all it needed was to be handed to me she proceeded to do other things and overlooked the fact that I stated I was here to pick up my order. 3-4 minutes may not seem long - but to be the only actual person standing at a register and you’re looking at your order sealed and ready to go which you’ve already asked for and the server blatantly ignores you and keeps doing other things is RUDE - I also asked for fresh fries the ones that I had received were cold and stated I’ll wait - no response she turned her back to me - and started arranging bottles and bowls . Ignored me completely - I then asked again after 3-4 minutes may I have some fresh fries she rolled her eyes and said “ima do it” she then dropped a batch of fries let them cook and when they were done she gave some to another employee for their break & laughed and THEN she proceeds to pack new bags while I’m standing there with an order that was placed on line WAITING FOR AN ORDER OF REPLACEMENT FRIES just fries THAT WERE FRESH-she walked around with AirPods in her ear and rolled her eyes at every thing I asked her regarding my food. Also while getting my drink from the fountain another customer bystander also mentioned to me (her words)- that girl at the counter has nasty attitude she said she asked the girl to repeat her order the girl stated to her no . Whats a name for your order? If you do not like you’re job or do not enjoy working in fast foods seek another career. Her attitude her demeanor is beyond nasty and unnecessary.I will never eat at this location ever again in Garner NC and I highly do not recommend it!!!

I never write reviews on places because most places I go to are decent or really good but this one took the cake. Sat in this place for an hour while people walked in and out of the restaurant with their food that they called way before us. When we finally got the food, it was so bad that I couldn’t even eat the food. Got a chicken sandwich that was flattened so much that it was just that it was the fried part and was disgustingly drenched in the sauce and oil. Could’ve gotten better service and food at Zaxby’s right next to the place. Only good food was the fries tbh.

This is the WORST location to get food at. Every single time we order food here we wait for over an hour. Was there yesterday and had ordered online. Waited 45 minutes before the “manager” came our and told everyone that was waiting that it would be an hour more wait. She blammed it on the “first shift”… it was almost 6pm… how was this first shifts fault? Customers were yelling and leaving. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Its horrible

Save your time and money. Takes at least an hour to get your food and if you complain they are just rude to you. Also the food is just ok. Not worth it.

The Burwells

I ordered 60 wings, of various flavors, and a large voodoo fry, large cheese fry, and large Cajun corn. I get a notification an hour later my food was delivered. I check, no food. I call they say they gave the food to a man and will re-arrange a delivery. A man shows up at my door with 25 buffalo wings (none of the flavors were buffalo) and two regular plain fries. I reach out the the manager, he apologizes and says he will arrange for a redelivery. I send a copy of my order to ensure there is no confusion. Two hours later (so three hours total since my initial order) a lady shows up. This time with 25 buffalo wings and one regular plain fry. I have now requested a refund and I am waiting to be provided with corporates number.

I ordered mild wings. They had no sauce they were plain. They threw my food in the bag. Sauce was all over my ranch and all in the bag. Please don’t waste your money here.

Just as everyone else has stated; No one in that facility is friendly—but ESPECIALLY the girl working the register (see photo). Her attitude from the get-go was awful. She immediately had a snarky attitude, AirPod in one ear, she would ask “anything else” after each thing my friend & I ordered, almost rushing us off. It’s also very dirty inside the restaurant—it could definitely use a deep cleaning. When my friend and I went inside to order, there were only 2 other people waiting; But our food took more than 30 minutes to get. This location definitely needs to wipe out the current employees, and hire/train people who actually want to work, who don’t have stank ahh attitudes.

Their drink machine ALWAYS bad. I've never had a decent tasting drink here, it's like they never clean it out. I've tried to give a couple of chances but O think I'm done. And when you door dash they always forget something to give the dasher. Not the best.
