Ordered through door dash and they let someone pick up our pizzas they told the driver that was waiting that someone else picked up and they were re making our order then it took an hour for them to say it dropped off their system and we needed to reorder..obviously we did not reorder through Blaze a second time…apparently they let anyone pick up your order and they knew it and did nothing to make it right. Terrible customer experience.

best pizza ever! 0 lies on that statement.now the crew and atmosphere don't represent What Blaze Pizza culture is.should be loud and hype like a happy kid, plus the unique character of each individual working in there.I used to work form them, and when i read the training notebook, and learn about "cultivate fanatics" or something like that, i can tell : is not happening.and the fault resides on the work ethic from the new employee, that some of them are lazy and doesn't care about the company, just care to get a paycheck.as well on the management team, the general manager of that store has being neglected by their boss or "leader".the manager Tiffany, hasn't been able to enjoy her well earned vacations, because she is being there for the company.i wish the best for the location and the team that still there serving to the gaston county.blessings.???

I didn’t know you could mess up blaze pizza this bad it tasted like a greasy mess. I eat blaze quite often in the city and it’s always phenomenal but this was terrible. Oh my goodness.

Love the open-counter concept of creating your own pie, however, not crazy about how overpriced these little pizzas are. It’s like $11 for a “small”ish size. However, they do let you put as many toppings on as wanted…the staff was friendly and the place appeared clean. I tried a taste of their red sauce and it’s just not for me, but seems to be a popular stop for people and preferred over other pizza chains.

Ordered from Blaze as I have had great experiences in the past. Got three design your own pizzas a cheesy bread and a side of ranch. Didn't get the ranch at all, and two of the pizzas were great. The one *I* got was a burnt inedible mess. The cheese is so over cooked the entire pizza is hard like a rock, the edges are black and I can not for my life understand WHY a normal person would think this trash is acceptable to serve another human being. Of course I am starving, and was very excited to eat a lovely meal. But it is definitely not this. We have contacted Uber eats for a refund... no one should have to pay for what I was given, and whoever boxed this disaster up should be fired.

Went in this location tonight before they closed and a young male employee (wearing a bucket hat) stated they were not taking orders after a certain time because the system shuts down at a certain time. I’ve never heard of this!

If you’ve never been, come now. It’s not going to be around much longer. Cleanliness is on par with Dollar General.

We had gone to dine at Blaze Pizza on the night of Aug 13th at 8:30 pm and went ahead and placed the order for 3 pizza and one garlic bread. The Staff at the counter was well behaved .We were waiting for the Pizza to be delivered and that is when we went to occupy the table. One person with Braids was cleaning the table and he said that we will need to have the Pizza "on the go". On inquiring he said that as per the directive of the Management the dine area closes by 8:00 pm, we already had a group of Senior citizens, dining in, when we were placing the order. And We had one Hispanic family behind us - placing their order. We said that we were not informed when the order was taken - that it will be "to go". To which he was very aggressive and imposing and started shouting and raised his voice and insisted that we step out. He said that he was following the Owners' directive. He also said that he was the Manager and it is HE who gives the order. He even went behind the counter and continued his barrage & said that he did not care for anything. as he was only concerned with his check which he, as it is going to get anyway. The situation got discriminating when the Hispanic family who had placed the order after us and who were a witness to this unpleasant behaviour, informed us that they also wanted to dine in and no one inquired with them if the order was "dine in or to-go"When I inquired for the Manager's name, he sent one staff, who said that the Manager's name as "Mr Little"I Feel that the Management should take a very serious note of this & also check the Video recording with Audio, to confirm my statement.A Manager is supposed to handle the Situation not to Aggravate it further and the Incident has left a bad impression, and that both me and my colleague will never set our foot again on this property - For Your Information - me and family have been visiting this location regularly.

Felt very humiliated and insulted tonight. I left feedback for VERY burnt pizzas a couple of weeks ago. I was very surprised that the general manager reached out to me the next day and refunded me for my order and also offered free pizza cards to me to pick up and use in store. I was like “wow.. ok.. I’ll give this place another try. That was super nice. Was not expecting any of that.” I felt a bit weird asking about the free pizza cards when my family decided on pizza tonight but I got over it and was like well they did offer it to me whatever. I call first before coming and spoke to a team member who gave the phone to the manager. The manager seemed confused like I already had the pizza cards and was just calling to see if I can use them. Definitely was a weird phone call and felt social skills, professionalism, and politeness were severely lacking which should of been a warning sign to me. I explain no, I haven’t gotten the cards yet that’s why I am calling to make sure you have them and it’s okay. Felt he was either not listening or understanding but said it was ok. I come in to the store and the manager was so unprofessional and rude to me. He was aggressively accusing me that I already got the free pizza cards and remembers me and was arguing with me. I was about to just leave but then he called me by the wrong name. I said that’s not my name. He obviously realized he has been mistaken and I in fact never received free pizza cards yet and was not some weird pizza scammer. The guy seriously offers no apology and doesn’t say another word to me at all the whole time I’m there. A very nice young woman at the counter looked like this is an awkward situation and asked me what pizzas I’d like and got started on it. I sat there for 20 mins and the manager did not say a word to me. So weird.. embarrassing.. insulting.. and awkward. Oh.. and you betcha.. both pizzas were burnt. Not as bad as last time but still. I’m from New York and know about brick oven pizzas and they shouldn’t be burnt with dried cheese just because they are in an oven. I used to order here all the time but last handful of months pizzas are always burnt and dry. This sure did not make up for my last experience at all. I will never be back here again. Very horrible way to treat customers. Thanks to Tiffany the general manager for trying.. but your staff needs a serious lesson in manners and professionalism.
