Very clean and nice Sweet frog. We prefer going around 8:30 or so and find it not so busy which we like. The flavor selection is standard and plenty of toppings to choose from. I will say one time we did go in and I'm sure the coconut flavor was spoiled, but they immediately apologized and allowed me to remake my cup without any additional charge. Very nice employees and quiet area depending on the time you go.
Love this place and a wonderful place to take the grandkids! They have all kinds of choices and you only pay for what you get by weight. Great value and a great treat after dinner

My daughter had tried one of the Boba drinks before and didn’t like it. She was adamant about wanting to give it another try. The lady working at lunch time could not have been nicer. After talking with my daughter about what she might like, she made a vanilla strawberry for her to try. My daughter loved it, and she said it was on the house. We were floored, really appreciate the kindness she showed today. We love Sweet Frog and will be back soon.
