I do not understand why you have 3 to 5 people helping in the drive thru window to get orders out quickly. But when it comes to a bag of ice NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO GET THAT and get it out. I ALWAYS ALWAYS have to wait on my ice.

This is probably the worst Chick fil a I been to! The food is ALWAYS messed up. Chicken over cooked and hard. I can never get hot fries from them. And something is always missing out my bag like the sauce or the drink. I'm so over Chick fil a. I wish they had another one in

I get a 30 count meal with an extra lg fry and receive 4 chick fil a sauces.Not to mention the boxes of fries are always half empty. 25$ for this. Crazy.

Today 3 -16- 2024 My wife and I Went to chick fil a I ordered my meal. They brought the food to my table.I've got to go get salt. They was not any.So so I ask one of the young ladies. She had brown curly hair. She said she would get me some salt.So I waited probably two or three minutes no salt.. So I asked the same young lady again.I need salt After another minute went brought me 2 packs of salt. I put salt on my sandwich and my French fries. What about my wife she had sandwich and French fries to. We eat there 1 aweek. That piss me off.. I DON'T THINK I'LL COME BACK. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO THERE JOB.. TIME OF DAY 6:30 PM I DIDN'T EAT THE FRENCH FRIES....NO SALT
