The restaurant is nasty. Dirt everywhere. The drink machine had chunky black stuff coming out they tried to pass as normal. My sandwich was mushy and slammed with mayo.

Earned the 5th star. My order was ready at the promised time. I was greeted when I walked in. My order was correct. The staff were all working and not distracted. I would like the subs to be toasted again, however I can live without that when things are correct. Keep it up!

I've never had such rude service in my life, then they ask for a tip..what?I ordered 1 small sub, and it took 25 minutes. As I was waiting, 3 people came in for online orders that hadn't even been started. 1 of the employees was standing there on her cell phone, and they had another employee stocking product instead of helping, it was a cluster. So 1 person preparing food and her pace was of a turtle. When I finally got my food, the sandwich was all over the place.

2 people working on a Sunday around 730. The kid who took my order was so slow and when I gave him cash he just looked at it. I gave exact amount. From the time we ordered to when we received HALF our order was approx 30 mins. We were the only ones inside. Then the girl making sandwiches says he has to cook the chili so it'll be a little longer. I asked why he didn't make the chili when I ordered it 45 mins ago! She says I don't know. So skip to the end sandwiches are gone and finally chili comes up. No cheese no onion. Not the way I ordered and not what I paid for. Why did I pay $5 for chili and 85 cents for cheese? Overall not worth the time or effort to come here.

We were the only customers in the building when we arrived. There were two to go pick up orders that picked up after we arrived. The girl that took our order did a good job. However, after 20 minutes, we still had not received our sandwiches I went to the counter and asked how much longer. the girl preparing the sandwiches had already been quite rude to the people in front of me so I expected the same. She glared at me and told me she was working on my order. Before I knew it, she had thrown my sandwiches up on the counter and turned around and walked away. I had to ask her, “are these my sandwiches?” She turned around and just said yeah and walked away . Then saw her walk out to the parking lot and stay there the entire time we ate our sandwiches.She was a 20 something yr old white female, straight, brown hair and big glasses.Normally we have a good experience at this restaurant. However, the staff today were incredibly rude and incompetent.

Rude staff. I walked in went to the front nobody said anything and I am sitting here waiting for a doordash order and still nobody is acting like I exist. Somebody else walked in of a different ethnicity and was greeted right away hmm something is off.
