The pizza was undercooked.The cheese slit off the sauce onto the box, We asked for napkins.The man said he couldn't find the napkins.He'd been looking all day that the manager must have hit them when the truck came in the day before. The pizza was very.Sloppy, we tried to eat it in terrible.We don't have pictures. Not trying to get free product.Just wanna let you know that this is the worst experience.I've ever had pizza hut. The window in the drive through was absolutely nasty. It wasn't that busy that somebody couldn't have used a little windbacks.And if you didn't have any napkins or paper towels, you could have used coffee filters or something to at least make the only way to pick up your meal.Look a little cleaner. I do not have to go back to that pizza hut.Bessemer city has much better food and is cleaner.

If it wasn't for all the good years, Pizza Hut has been great.... I'd never go bk. The 321/Chester location is almost headed out of business... Pizza was trash, no red pepper or parmesean cheese packets for the pizza, toppings looked as if it was a food shortage.... worst pizza hut experience ever. Why are they acting as if no one can dine in anymore??? This location is tripping
Ordered food for my family nearly an hour before they close, and they cancelled it without even telling us. We waited for it and eventually called just for the machine to tell us it was cancelled.

Pizza Hut is good but a little pricey for me I only go there when I have the money ? which isn't too often but I do wish they had calzones for a reasonable price ??Parking: For better parking they should have a bigger lot so people don't have to wait and come back to find parking spots and if people inside would just eat their food and leave so other people can come in and eatKid-friendliness: Kids should be loved by everyone and the kids should respect the restaurant by staying seated with their parents and not running around going wild lol ? but kids will be kids ?Wheelchair accessibility: I think every restaurant should have wheelchair access and plenty of space for them to enjoy their food

Placed an order and was told the pizza will be ready in 25-30 minutes. Got to pizza hut and the door was locked with a hand written note in pink or red saying "use drive-thru." Called to make sure my order was ready and it was but, the delivery driver was in line infront of me. I ask if he could move up so I could get my order and he said no so since I don't want an old pizza and I was in line for more than 20EXTRA minutes I canceled my order and went to Marco's Pizza. I've found a new spot. Thanks pizza nut!!
I’m only giving 5 stars for the employee for this store basically working alone! We had major issues with our calls being outsourced to corporate including being hung up on numerous times and not given any clear answers. Our order was for delivery and approaching 2 hours. My fiancé had to go up there in person and thankfully the employee there was very apologetic and understanding and also didn’t understand what happened as no calls would reach the actual store. We were still happy to pay for our order but he still compensated it. The food was great! Please look into corporate answering these calls as they caused a bad experience. We are very thankful for this employee for changing it around and making it better.
