I’m only giving 5 stars for the employee for this store basically working alone! We had major issues with our calls being outsourced to corporate including being hung up on numerous times and not given any clear answers. Our order was for delivery and approaching 2 hours. My fiancé had to go up there in person and thankfully the employee there was very apologetic and understanding and also didn’t understand what happened as no calls would reach the actual store. If it wasn't for all the good years, Pizza Hut has been great.... I'd never go bk. The 321/Chester location is almost headed out of business... Pizza was trash, no red pepper or parmesean cheese packets for the pizza, toppings looked as if it was a food shortage.... worst pizza hut experience ever. Why are they acting as if no one can dine in anymore??? This location is tripping
