It never fails that they do not give me at least one thing that I paid for with my pickup order… oftentimes it is multiple items! Done with this place for real, as my husband NEVER checks the bag, regardless of the fact it is the one thing you can count on from this location! EDIT: I did try to use that website to complain, but my complaint was over 1,200 characters (I will complain to the BBB) as I paid for egg rolls that aren’t even offered for sale, that they then, ‘knowingly and willfully’ sent my husband on his merry little way without the ‘paid for’ unavailable items, not bothering to inform him of such (nor intent to refund)… this constitutes fraud! Then the absurdity received from the employees at this franchise in trying to get items missing and a refund for product not even available, is too much too even bother typing! It’s not about the low cost of the items, rather the point is the tactics being employed under such a big cooperation name! I still haven’t received a refund!?! Before my last experience here I would have given this Zaxby's 5 stars across the board but yesterday I stopped by with my boyfriend to grab a quick snack and we ordered a small fry and their new veggie egg rolls. The fry's were ok, under seasoned though but the egg rolls were so burnt my boyfriend couldn't even eat them. The man working drive thru wouldn't give us our total until we got to the window either.

Menu board went out, service had no intentions of trying to bring it back up. half the drinks were out in the machine, and no ice in the machine. Chicken was over cooked, they tried to it up with extra sauce on it. Fries were barely warm. Customer service has completely gone out the window. And prices too high.

The staff is not on the same page. I went there daily, and each time, I got the exact same thing, and the price varied by a dollar or more. One said they can add extra powder sugar to the funnel cake, and others said the first person is wrong, although I got extra sugar. One thing is consistent... they charge for every single thing they possibly can, even a single sauce or extra salt, etc... but they are usually fast in service. They get very angry if you ask for something to get fixed on your order. I was scared to eat after I asked them to fix a mess up. They insisted I sent the entire plate back over a single chicken piece even when I respectfully resisted and asked them to just fix the one chicken finger thing. As upset and snooty as they were, I just left the order on my floor and went without eating after that. I haven't been back there since that day either. I was, like I said, a daily customer 5 to7 days a week.
