Let me 1st say the service was polite and good through the drive through. However the chicken was over cooked and drive and small pieces. The person serving knew that he/she should not be serving these to customers. Food was expensive as well.

I'm not a hugh spicy fan and I wanted to try thr classic flounder sandwich and it was great. Also great was the service. It was very busy but ordering was smooth, service was smooth also. The folks were pleasant and appreciated my business. I asked a question and an answer was provided unlike some places where you were considered 'rude' if you had a question...Subway at WMD for example.

Ordered at drive thru & still had to go inside to get order. Waited 35 minutes for an 8 pc.family meal.while waiting ( inside) for my order I observed the cashier telling a couple she'd be with in a minute while she took her phone to the back so she could text. Won't be returning to this Popeyes.
Ordered 10 piece family meal, there was one family in front of us and about five or six people behind us. Everyone else got their food before us and then they insulted my intelligence by saying that we were waiting on fresh chicken and you can see the chicken right there and there was plenty of chicken. After the wine cleared that we were in more people came in and got their food before we did we took the food back to the hotel. The chicken was hard it was not fresh. It was horrible. We eat Popeyes regularly. There was one young lady kind of tall, big girl very pleasant. It was just the few guys that were in there would come from the back and come upfront and just randomly give people things and I’m fairly sure that they gave our food to another family. Because they were behind us and ordered the exact same thing. If there’s any management here, I would be surprised they were obviously not here this particular Saturday. The last weekend in February.

The food was old and cold. The worst Popeyes I have ever eat at any Popeyes. The manager Kniuiana was very rude. I was not feeling well when I took the food back I had a bad cold. The manager took the food back in to kitchen and looked I the bag open it up, and seen that was coughing and sneezing (cross contamination). I will never go back there.

Seems like every time I go, they either take 20 minutes to fill my order (usually a couple of chicken sandwich combos), the food is wrong or something else. We went to pick up dinner the other night and they gave our order to someone else who drove away and then came back because their order was wrong. They then tried walk that food over to our car and said “we gave your food to them by accident”. We refused to take it because it’s just nasty to try and give people food that someone else has already dug around in. We don’t know if they’re sick or if they’re scratching their private before digging around in food. Then they’re gonna try and give us that same food??? Nah. So we got a $20 credit after speaking with corporate. Well then I try to get dinner again a few nights ago and I’m standing in the restaurant for 30 MINUTES waiting on 2 chicken sandwich combos. Ridiculous. They put those little stickers on top of the drinks which I told them they didn’t have to do. So I didn’t try the drinks until I got home, and wouldn’t you know… THEY WEREN’T CARBONATED. I took a swig of nasty Dr. Pepper syrup water. Same thing with my wife’s Diet Coke. This Popeyes location in Goldsboro needs to pull it together. They have like 10 people working back there and none of them seem to know how to run a fast food restaurant.
