I found Scott's BBQ sauce at a supermarket in Fayetteville.I smoked a 9# pork butt, dry rubbed when I started, @ 275 for about nine hours till I reached 200 degrees internal temperature. I basted the pork liberally with Scott's every hour. Let it rest for a half hour and it pulled apart, perfectly moist.I went with slider buns and coleslaw with dill chips and more Scott's to taste.I got rave reviews from my crowd in Florida that usually goes with the tomato based sauce. I was very impressed.
