Sunday 4/21. At 6 pm they are out of ribs. I ask the manager why did that happen. She says (Haven) I'm the house manager you would have to talk to the kitchen manager. So I asked for the kitchen manager. Haven says "oh no they are too busy to talk to customers". I came to Texas Roadhouse for ribs... That's what they are known for. Worst experience I have ever had and I have been going to Texas Roadhouse for at least 12 yrs all across the East Coast. Haven tells me "I'm sorry" with such a huge attitude. How does she not expect to get an attitude from the customer. My whole family was there we dropped $175 and drove an hr for a meal that they were out of then got attitude from the management for asking who dropped the ball. I do believe I will never go back to Goldsboro Texas Roadhouse. Worst customer service experience ever. Haven needs to learn how to defuse a situation with a customer not create a bad situation.

Came to Texas Roadhouse in Goldsboro, NC on Sunday, April 21st, 2024. Ate in with my family. We got our table, and then the waitress came and took our order. Our appetizer comes out cold, and is taken back to the kitchen. The rattlesnake bites come back & they’re finally good. Well, we continue to wait for about an hour, no main food yet. The manager finally comes by apologizing saying our food was never turned in to be cooked, the waitress got “distracted”. We were told we were put on high priority, yet we watched everyone around us get their food - after coming in behind us - continuously. Next, we were told we would have to wait 20+ mins for our food. The food finally comes out and my dad’s burger was raw. Completely raw beef burger. He sends it back and doesn’t eat. It was the WORST experience we have ever had, and here we are at 7:30 just now leaving after we arrived around 5:00. RIDICULOUS and we do NOT plan to be back. Someone really needs to check on this location because it has gone downhill SIGNIFICANTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Someone needs to check in to this location - the past 3 times my family and I have ate here we have had a similar experience. I have contacted corporate and left a review, but forgot to mention our table was nasty and had not been cleaned off from the previous people that sat and ate - dirty napkins on the table. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING and just plain filthy. Looks like no one has cleaned them. Probably wouldn’t have left a review if it hadn’t of been so bad and this have been a repeated problem, but it’s ridiculous!

Bathroom was dirty, spilled water on the floor. We ordered sweet tea and was brought unsweetened tea. Received salads before the correct drinks. Hotdog bun was hard and crispy as if it was toasted. Server never removed any empty plates while we were diningWill not return to this location.

We had just got back into town this past Monday (Easter Monday) and wanted some Texas Roadhouse. We came in right at opening, which I've never been there during the "Early Bird" hours. So we literally were the first people in and we ordered Blooming Onions as soon as we sat down. Then after 10 minutes of looking at the menu we ordered from the Early Bird special and let our serve (young guy) know that we would like another basket of rolls. We got those very quickly while we were waiting for our salads. After we received our salads, we noticed that 2 other tables had received Blooming Onions but we were still waiting. Not to mention that they came in after we did, so it was really unsettling for us. Around the time we finished our salads our server came by and we told him that we still didn't get our Blooming Onions. He told us that he'd check on it, but really we were unsure if we still wanted them as we wanted to eat them before we ate our meal. So we told him to hold off on that because our food was about to come out and we didn't want to ruin our appetites. When we received our meal my BBQ chicken was cold. I'm not sure if it was because of the sauce, but the inside of the chicken was lukewarm compared to everyone else's chicken. My loaded sweet potato was excellent! I didn't complain about my food because I was very hungry, as we had been on the road for 3 hours and I skipped breakfast. Next time I think, I'll order something without a sauce on it.Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu.

Out of my over 100 times at this restaurant this was by far one of my worst experiences ever at a restaurant. The hostess was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Severe attitude. It took 20 minutes to get silverware and asked for a manager twice that never came. I'll just write this off and remember my other 99 great visits

Our service was the best we have ever had anywhere in Goldsboro. Yami is amazing, we never ran out of drinks. We never had to ask for anything. She was on top of everything. We will definitely be back because of her and will always ask for her to wait on us. Her service is impeccable.
