We had just got back into town this past Monday (Easter Monday) and wanted some Texas Roadhouse. We came in right at opening, which I've never been there during the "Early Bird" hours. So we literally were the first people in and we ordered Blooming Onions as soon as we sat down. Out of my over 100 times at this restaurant this was by far one of my worst experiences ever at a restaurant. The hostess was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Severe attitude. It took 20 minutes to get silverware and asked for a manager twice that never came. I'll just write this off and remember my other 99 great visits

Waited 20 mins for seating, took us to the bar area. I asked to be seated elsewhere, hostess said she would check on it... never returned. When I went to the counter and checked, I was told I'd have to start over with a new place on the wait list and wait longer for a different table. Left and took my business elsewhere. Didn't make sense, and nonchalant attitudes!! Went over to Lonestar, minimal wait... the food was DELICIOUS!!!
