The chicken sandwich was dry, but the mayo helped a little. The drink nozzles at the self-serve station looked as if they haven't been cleaned in a good while. The biscuits were dry and not very flavourful. Our cashier was friendly, though.
Went inside the restaurant to pick up some dinner. Several employees inside but no one at the register. The manager was on a personal phone call. My husband tried to get her attention and she acted like it was an inconvenience. Finally got someone to take our order. The young lady was very nice. But I won't go back anytime soon.

Most franchises has the same name, but their services and food are not. The service and the food at this particular restaurant has always been excellent. We all have been to a restaurant, one time or another, and got under or over cooked chicken (Meats). Since I've been frequenting this franchise, I have yet to receive either.
