“My daughters school catered lunch from Ben's Boyz, so she wanted to stop by after church for lunch. So glad we did. The service was great. Very welcoming, polite. No rushing us through our order. We had the whiting with collard greens and Mac and cheese, along with the fish sandwich, again Mac and cheese and collard greens, and my daughter had the Broasted chicken. I got a side order of Broasted wings. Everything was delicious. The portion size was perfect. I ate 2 of the wings and my daughter stole my leftovers! We loved everything so much, we got one full meal, and 3 sides to go, along with desserts. Banana pudding, pecan cake, and yellow cake with chocolate icing. The restaurant was beautiful. There are paintings and pictures from local artists for sale along with a small store in the front. There is also a handwashing sink for washing up without having to enter the restrooms. For those that worry about parking(me!) there is plenty of parking in front and across the steer from the restaurant. I didn't get any photos because I was too busy eating, but I truly recommend Ben's Boyz. We are from the suburbs of NY, and there is nothing like this up here. Can't wait to visit again so we can enjoy the ambiance, service and most of all, the food.“

Plus, they are always so friendly and accommodating of any vegan members of our group. Make sure you soak in the beautiful mural of Lucille and Roscoe when you enter. This is truly a downtown Greensboro gem!“
