Waited 20 minutes for 2 non toasted with plain cream cheese bagels. Staff barely cut them in half, with a packet of the cream cheese tossed onto the tray.Really? This was the service After I asked about my order 3 times& 3 different employees said bagels weren't their job.Plus their prices have gone up while the quality has gone down.
This Panera is a great place to stop when you are at Moses cone! The line is not bad and the digital kiosks make it quite easy to order. The only reason that the review did not make it to be five stars is that sometimes the food is not accurate to the order. But with this aside it still makes it a great place to grab a bite to eat! I will be eating here again! The grilled chicken sandwich really does it and is a great option if you are watching your macros!

My go to for a quick lunch. I love the bread as music or more than the actual food (and who needs an apple). Service can be slow sometimes but the menu items and food quality are pretty consistent.
