They are just understaffed here at the current time of my posting this. They usually have about 1 person serving the whole place so that means it can be slow to get both food and service. Usually it isn't very busy but that always depends on when you go. There food is alright not top tear but still good. Atmosphere is very friendly despite the struggles they may be having.

At the drive thru placing an order. Ok sir your engine is too loud I cant hear you!!! So I pull around,what did you order I tried to place an order she says my truck is not loud but at the speaker its loud!!! I stopped by to eat not to argue customer service -10!!!!!

Good value for a large family. However, they randomly decide to close on a weekend just because they feel like it, our family drove 45 minutes to get here and got here at 7:30 on a Friday night and they told us they were running out of food however, the drive-through was still open. Sounds like a lame excuse for me. I don’t see this place staying in business much longer.

I just moved to the area and this was my first time at a Steak n Shake. It was a very pleasant experience. Xuang G was our waitress and she also rang up our check. She was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Because of Xuang, I would definitely come back.
