Just plain better than the trashy taco bell on Summit....I live off of Summit...so it's a real treat for me to make it over to this Battleground Taco Bell where the food at least taste like food..

I have have to give a shout out to the very considerate man who not only made sure that my order didn't contain any cheese, but informed me about the new offerings coming to Taco Bell in just the next couple of days. He seriously didn't have to go through that effort, and I so very much wish I got his name to put on this review, but to his management and everyone, he was excellent as has been everyone who works here. Thank you guys so much and this is the best Taco Bell in Greensboro!

I order my food online; I ordered a few soft tacos and a quesadilla. The soft tacos' meat seemed like it was cooked a little long but was still good. The quesadilla, was a bit top soft to try and pick up to eat, used a fork but other than that everything else was

This Taco Bell has the absolute most rude, hateful employees. The food is never right, they apparently are always out of stuff. But if you try to let them know your food is wrong they send people like Rhonda that I had to deal with to the window to smack her lips and try to tell me they didn’t have tomatoes after the gentleman that took our order was going to get tomatoes. But Rhonda said “he didn’t know they were out, but he knew” her words exactly. If you hate the public don’t work with the public.

Ordered a Chalupa Supreme. It is supposed to be fried and crispy. Mine was soft and floppy. The kids working there said that is the way it's supposed to be. Wrong!Hear from the Taco Bell website:The Chalupa Supreme sure weaves some beautiful witchcraft. Take a traditional flatbread, something already awesome in its own right, and FRY it. Suddenly you have a shell that mysteriously marries chewy and CRISPY; pure sorcery.

Question: does Taco Bell make some of their tacos ahead of time or is it that they don't drain the beef.I always get the 3 Supreme Crunchy Taco meal with an additional Supreme. I live only minutes away from two T'Bell restaurants. The shells are almost always soggy on the bottom. I have to peel them off of the paper. It gets frustrating at times. I don't understand. I recently bought a taco kit at the store. What a treat it was eating a fresh, crunchy shell,I'll continue to eat at T'Bell, but I purchase expecting this disappointment.I'd love to get an answer on this.

The food was good and fresh. I asked for sour cream on my Mexican pizza, and they charged me for it, but none was on there. I asked for Dr. Pepper, totally not Dr. Pepper, ugh. All and I was in and out the drive thru in less than 5 minutes!
It’s Taco Bell, a fast food place, so my expectations of the food were low. But here recently they’ve really upped their customer service game! There’s been a friendly and competent person taking orders, the orders were 100% correct, the food was hot, they’ve had enough sauce and are not too stingy with it, they gave me my receipt, and they moved quickly to get people served!That’s really all I ask of fast food, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts to improve the quality of their establishment. It’s paying off and I’ll be back next time I need a fast meal.
