For a place that makes fresh made biscuits. The food was not tasty at all. We got our order dine in and my bacon egg & cheese biscuit was even room temperature. I would think it would be hot and fresh. Me nor my family couldn’t enough anything we ordered

Every time i go here the biscuits are not baked all the way. They're barely browned on top and still doughy in the middle. Since you have Biscuit in your name, i would advise that you get them right.

The food and service are both noticebly sup-par to the Biscuitville across town (near Hastings Ford). I have been to this one 3 times this week. 2 of the times they were out of biscuits so I had to wait for the drive thru lane to progress so I could leave (it's a locked in drive thru, once you're in, you're in and can't pull out) and the 3rd visit (today) was just...not great. The food was "ok", def not Biscuitville worthy or worth the price. I expect to pay more at Biscuitville, but I also expect better quality than the $3 breakfast from the Golden Arches next door. I went to this location due to how close they are to my workplace. I won't do this again.

When this place first opened the food was delicious,fast and great sevice.Not now ,the food is just ok,service sucks ,they are slow and the food is below average( thats bieng nice) You better check your order before you leave if you dare to go.

Visiting from out of state and was very excited to try Biscuitville. I was not impressed. I ordered the platter w/bacon and grits for my side. Also a pancake and sausage gravy. The grits tasted burnt and the texture was not like grits. The biscuit was flat. TheGravy and eggs were ok.Would not eat there again.
Me and my boyfriend came here today just to grab a quick lunch and head back home. We get there and waited for what felt like 10 minutes for someone to take our order be cause apparently sweeping is more important than taking customers orders. After we ordered I stood and waited... I waited for 30 minutes for my food, everyone that ordered after me had gotten their food and left. Once I was told that the hash brown casserole would be about 6-7 more minutes we decided to wait... Well once it came out we were expecting nice fresh and warm food but in fact all of the food was cold as if they were too impatient for the casserole and pulled it early. Not a single apology or a smiling face in this place. The food is normally good so it's a shame what happened today. I can assure you we will not be returning to this location because this is not the first incident.

We didn't realize this was a fast food place and drove from Kinston to try it out. To our surprise, it was a fast food place. We actually expected a great experience, but the food was average, but greasy. Biscuits were good. Loved being able to watch the biscuit queen making them too. She is super. The sausage was too spicy for us.

First time visiting today with hubby. Egg and biscuit were average. The sausage patty were excellent. Coffee is refillable. Pancakes were good.Service was top notch just like a good restaurant. Being our first time, the lady was patient and helpful. Checked on us multiple times and brought our food to our table. They are fast food but we got excellent service.Overall, we love it! Will be our new place for pancakes!
