NC Spices is our favorite Indian restaurant in town. It truly captures the essence of authentic Indian cuisine. The highlight of my experience was the remarkable use of authentic spices. I highly recommend the Paneer 65, Gobi Manchurian, and Paneer Tikka Masala - these dishes were flavorful and cooked to perfection. Went for the first time today for lunch. The waiter was very nice and helpful. My friend and I shared an appetizer, which was delicious. She enjoyed chicken masala and I also enjoyed my vegetarian dish. We also ordered garlic Naan bread and regular Naan bread which was very tasty to have with our lunch. I also had a very good cocktail. Can’t wait to go back.
