Food was hot and fresh thank you
They can't tell the difference between a thigh and a breast! That's pitiful! My daughter ordered a supreme dinner everything but the chicken in the box! Tired of paying for stuff that you dont get!!!!
It’s a decent Bojangles. Sometimes the food can be unreliable and quality. Wait times are far too long, but they manage.

Bojangles offers friendly and cheerful customer service, with staff who are pleasant and polite. The restaurant is notably clean, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the team. While menu options may vary, the food is delicious and flavorful, with the Bird-Dog and signature sauce being particular highlights. Customers appreciate that this location consistently gets their order right and always has BBQ sauce in stock. However, service can sometimes be slow, with wait times that feel excessive for fast food. Some reviews mention that the restaurant was dirty and that staff members sometimes touch plates and food without washing their hands. Despite these issues, the overall experience is positive, emphasizing quality food and a commitment to good service.
