Wasn't a bad experience, but it also wasn't a really good memorable experience. Memorable experiences being a person greeting you with \\\"hey, or how are you\\\" then repeating your total at the window vs your total at the window. Customer engagement matters, also it was a new employee. It's super important for them to be comfortable with engaging the customer and not build habits of just saying the total. First if you look at any of my reviews you will notice that rarely I give a bad review and rarely do I give five stars, especially to a fast food restaurant. Let me enlighten you of my choice for this location.I'm not one to frequent this chain for breakfast because you typically see the bin with pre-made sandwiches not knowing when they were made or how old they are. People forget about this Hardee's right across from the PGV airport. It's been there forever, staff is good, it's drive-thru design is awkward and if they're busy you're going to have to drive around the building to get in line. This is inconvenient but not a deal breaker, plus; I believe it's the only Hardee's left in town. The closest one besides this one is Ayden. If you like Hardee's food; this is it.
