I used a Kiosk to order. The gentleman serving food to guests was great. I believe he was a manager of some sort since he was dressed differently from most. Food was hot. Not always the case thru the drive-thru.
I was at the McDonalds on Memorial Drive in Greenville NC (near the airport and Food Lion) today, January 12, 2032 at about 4:15pm. There were a lot of employees and the food was good, but one young man was outstanding. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was so courteous and helpful. As I was leaving, he held open the door, then offered to carry the food and drinks to my car which wasn't nearby. He just had a quiet, friendly attitude that deserves to be recognized. Went to drive thru. Busy but not crunch. Got through the line quickly but there was no politeness or even a smile from the person taking the money or the one handing out the food. Just a terse "your total is" and a "here's your food". Food was hot and typical McDonald's fast food.
