The cookies were absolutely delicious—fresh, soft, and full of flavor! What made the experience even better was the amazing customer service. Jay made sure my order was perfect and asked about wait time. Great cookies and even better service! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Insomnia Cookies is a small shop known for its warm cookies served fresh. The shop offers a fantastic assortment of cookies, including the amazing Carmel toffee cookies, which feature caramel chunks and a delightful drizzle. Customers can take advantage of a mix and match option, though deluxe and standard cookies cannot be combined. The shop can get busy, and while the eating space may feel slightly awkward, the cookies are definitely worth the experience. Despite the limited staff, making the service a bit slow at times, the warm cookies are highly praised and worth the wait. Many customers recommend sharing the generous portions, as they may not travel well if not eaten on the spot. Insomnia Cookies has become a favorite spot for those craving delicious cookies, with a variety of flavors ensuring there's something for everyone, from classic chocolate chip to fun options like s’mores. The late-night delivery is also a favorite for satisfying dessert cravings.
