“Ordered online, told order would be ready at 11:30; I waited at the store until 12:15. I did place a large order, and the staff, all 2 of them, were working their tails off. But would have been better to give me a more realistic ready time, instead of me standing there almost 45 minutes. No delivery was available that day. The pizza, fortunately, was amazing, as it always is in this store

Entrees: four cheese ziti, baked ziti, a personal pizza, and veal piccata (a little bit tough, but quite tasty). Food took longer than normal, but the server warned us ahead of time - short on kitchen staff - that was nice of her to do.“

“Absolutely delicous! Handled multiple orders really well. When one item was missing from one of the pizzas they very quickly made a whole new pizza and hand delivered it to the table. The crust is wonderful and cooked to perfection. I will def be back!“

“The pizza quality is GREAT! Just make sure you ask for no oregano if you don’t like your pizza to taste earthy. I forgot to ask for no oregano on my pizza and I didn’t exactly get the experience I was going for this time 😔. We still ate it (but didn’t finish it like we usually do) because the oregano was in the middle of the pie, (meaning it was mostly at the tip of the slice). I just have to remember to ask next time. Otherwise, no other issue(s).“

“First time I had to solo order catering for a company and these guys were so helpful and so fast with my request. I understood my situation and they picked up on it immediately and got the job done. “1st off, this isn't Donatos Pizza it's Red Robin. Second, my review is a very different one compared to previous times of being here. The food was off. So, maybe a different chef. The waiter was not good at all. He took our order and didn't bring out the 1st of 2 appetizers we ordered. When I asked him a good 10 minutes later, if the app was coming out, he said, "Yes, let me go see. Then, someone else came out to ask if we wanted the app since we canceled it previously. Which, of course, we didn't cancel it at all. So, that was already a miss. Then, after waiting even more time, our food came up. He seemed to offer to get drinks refilled or more fries, which all was great. We don't know if he was having an off, not, or maybe he had a lot of tables. We were busy talking, so we didn't see how many tables he served. It's all good. The food was off, totally not their norm. We normally have a great experience at Red Robin. We drive over 30 minutes away to eat here because of their food and service.“

“Tonight Kaytie delivered my pizza and she was so kind and sweet! She couldn't get thru because the road was blocked due to an accident. She called me and genuinely sounded sorry. She apologized over and over again! Even though I know it wasn't her fault at all. They finally let her go and she again apologized. I'm a restaurant manager and I'd be lucky to have her on my team. My son is eating his pizza without a care in the world. Thank you so much again and have a safe night!“
