I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Tropical Smoothie. The staff seemed disorganized, and I was concerned to see that no one was wearing gloves during food preparation—something I believe is a basic food safety requirement. The service was extremely slow, and it took far too long to receive my smoothie. And to top it off, there were flies everywhere! This experience did not meet the standards I expect from your establishment.
