All of the good reviews on here seemed too good to be true, but THEY'RE TRUE. I would HIGHLY recommend considering Quarterdeck Apartments for your new home! Steven and Detrick made my application process & tour a breeze! They both were very kind, honest, and understanding people. I had to tour an apartment someone just moved out of, and it was still in excellent condition. The apartments are also pretty spacious compared to the others complexes I toured that day. Give this place a shot if you're looking in the Greenville area, you wont regret it. I look forward to hearing from them and moving forward with my process!

The Quarterdeck is the best place to live in Greenville! Not even a 10 minute walk to main campus! If you have a dog, they have a great small dog park for your dog/s to play! The pool is amazing and provides great seating at the pool! The employees and property manager are extremely helpful and will answer any and all questions you have! I 100% recommend living here!

Love it! Just started my second lease here, the maintenance and front office are super friendly and are quick to respond to questions! Haven’t had a single issue with bugs in the apartment which was a huge concern having lived in other apartments in Greenville. Definitely recommend to anyone looking around!

(They are also pet friendly, close enough to everything to make it easy to walk to, but also just far enough away to let you escape and relax when needed.)

He was patient with me, as well as super helpful with ALL my questions. So glad I was able to look around and get a feel for the place. Property was absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to move in!
