The floor behind the counter and in the food's prep areas was absolutely awful, filthy and covered with smashed food and empty food containers, more than just a litthe, obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. I could tell because they were not busy..... I believe the manager is the one that took my order and rang me up and she was very nice. They did not have any bottled, water and evidently hadn't for a while, which was disappointing since I did not want soda in my combo.
After church on Father's Day and wanted to avoid crowds but it seems we weren't the only one's with the same idea. Place was hoppin' but understaffed and obviously overwhelmed. 15min in line with 3 people ahead before placing order. Ordered #6 spicy chicken meal, #10 asiago chicken meal, and 2-4for$4s = $32. No ice in one machine and no reg coke in both (patrons told us not staff). Waited 45min for meal. Had 2pm appointment so grabbed bags and left. In bags - 2 asiago chicken...read full review

Why is it a customer can't use the wendys app in a wendys? I always have a problem at the truck stop locations on using the wendys app only few wendys workers know how to deal with it 99% of look like they are seeing a ufo smh I have zero problems using the McDonald's app always works perfect get it together wendys tech
