Place is very slow, especially considering they have way more workers than most McDonald's restaurants have. It just looks like they don't have a very good team leader and it seems they were getting a lot of orders wrong. Took me like literally 8 to 10 minutes. Standing at the register before I could pay for my food and order it, then of course it was another 15-20 minutes before I got my order. In fast food establishments it is important to give a positive reference because it depends on the staff on the occasion that you visit, sometimes they serve you very well and sometimes poorly.

The McDonald's on Dabney drive is the worst. Them young employees are the worst. No customer service skills at all. They be at the window cursing talking to each other. They don't speak or say thank you. They def need some professionalism and customer service
