Should be closed down!!The building exterior of the building appeared to be closed down. There were booth seats and chairs in the parking lot. Once entering the restaurant the interior wasn’t a change from the exterior. The chairs were broken, and didn’t appear to be the normal style chairs. The food was cold, undercooked, not good at all. We waited over an hour for our food and we were a party of 7 each dish came out in 10-15 minute intervals. Our waiter was very apologetic, however the overall service outside of our waiter was horrible. This establishment should definitely be closed.

The place seemed disorganized. We had to ask to be seated. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We had to wait forever for our food, which was good. The waitress apologized, explaining that there was a large crowd (25) ahead of us. But we've had the same experience at another Ruby Tuesday we visit. This one has a good sanitation rating (96.5) which we always check when visiting an eatery for the first time.Parking: Handicap spaces are right in front of the main entrance.

Recently decided to give this location another shot, after hearing it’s been on the up and up.I came in and was greeted by my server Julian, who honestly was great the whole timeHe was patient with me as I looked over the menu, made sure I was happy with how my food was, and kept my drinks full.The food was great too, I got ribs with fries as a side, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while. Prices weren’t too bad either.I’ll definitely be back!

Also George bartender/waiter, Kemyrah, Night Manager and Atesha, General Manager made the dining experience great. I highly recommend this Henderson location for your dining experience!
