We love Marco’s! Looked for a good pizza place when we moved to Hendersonville, and decided to try them out. The crust is excellent, and they have a wide variety of pizzas, calzones, and sandwiches. We have only ordered pick-up, but someday when they reopen 7th Ave. we may stop and dine in. Right now with the street right in front being closed for construction, the parking lot is severely limited.
I really like the taste of their pizza and haven't had an issue in the store, but delivery was terrible! It was supposed to take 30 minutes but didn't show up for an hour and was barely warm. I live less than a mile away and am super disappointed I paid for delivery.

I never leave reviews, but this one is deserved. Food was good, but homeless hanging out inside and outside (homeless man peed himself in a booth next to us, and male employee loudly proclaimed over and over again that we had blown the issue out of proportion and that it wasn’t a big deal. All we did was politely let them know once the man left in case they wanted to clean it up before someone sat in it. If that’s how he felt, I can’t imagine what sort of ethics he has while making food for the public.) The other employees were friendly. The store was dirty. Homeless kept going back and forth to bathrooms to do who knows what (drugs, most likely as they all appeared to be high as kites). The load employee who had an issue with us pointing out the urine also kept frequenting the restroom. Didn’t feel safe at all during our meal. Very off-putting experience at a place that once was decent.

***UPDATE: you cannot message Marcos on FB and Twitter no longer exist. So, I called the number to the home office. Spoke with 1 lady. Transferred to another. Left the information requested and have received no response.Our order was accepted online. The money was deducted from our account. YET they are CLOSED!Why would the website not state that this location is closed?Why would they deduct the money from your account?When i arrived almost 2 hrs later in my pjs to find out where our dinner was the building was dark and doors locked. ?Poor managment and customer service!

Ordered online with an estimated delivery time of 30 mins. After an hour of waiting and not receiving pizza I attempted to call the store for 30 mins to try and check on the status but waited on hold and was unable to get through. My card was charged and I never received my food. We are staying in a hotel with two toddlers so this was very unfortunate that we didn’t receive our dinner. Ended up having to order from somewhere else and will try to deal with getting my payment reimbursed another day when they answer their phones.

My first time ordering takeout from here.Parking at the time was limited due to construction the inside was clean,new looking,all the employees were busy the young man that took my money was very nice I was welcomed as soon as I walked in .I ordered the deluxe pizza and I thought it was absolutely delicious my husband said it could use more marinara sauce but hands down I was very pleased

I really want to like the pizza here. Me and my husband actually used to get pizza here on Friday nights but stopped probably a year ago because the pizza has gotten so greasy. So we stopped going for a while and have given this place 3 more tries since then and every time we regret it. I don’t know why our pizzas all of a sudden started being greasy we never had that issue before.

Seen them deliver out to S. Allen Rd. Now I can't even get em to deliver to me nor will they accept my debit card or telling me it's declined when I have at least $400 readily waiting to be used on food. Keep hearing how great they are and can't even get their food but my neighbours can. What's the deal Marcos? Big mike the delivery guy is a good buddy of mine man and I've tried manifesting an order to go through and work. I just get Nada. No pasta, no pizza! Den I don't want Nada.
Food is amazing HOWEVER, WHATS NOT AMAZING IS THE UPDATE THEY DID TO THIER APP AND IT DELETED ALLLLLL MY POINTS I ACCUMULATED AND MADE ME START A NEW ACCOUNT. VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT ?
