We woke up early to make sure we were there right when they opened on a Saturday at 9 am. Looks like 50 other people had the same idea with the line down the street! We were focused on getting a Bronut the only make on Saturdays! Every time we come, they sell out! It is magical! Well, we got one!!! Plus, there are many other things to try. When they brought out still warm baguette- we snatched one. Saw the sourdough, so of course we had them slice for us to enjoy for sandwiches...read full review
Still the Best! It’s been awhile since we’ve been here but watching CBS Morning this morning had a feature about a bakery in NYC that reminded us of just how lucky we are to be here in Hendersonville NC. Underground is as gourmet as a bakery can be and the people there are sweeter than their confectionery creations.
