This place is going to POISON their customers and THEY DO NOT CARE. Ceviche is a dish where typically the seafood is cooked by the acids in the dish, but this did not apply to the shrimp they served. They gave my daughter the dish and the shrimp were still white and gray, not even slightly cooked. And to top it off, the attitude of the manager/server was terrible. The service is very friendly and prompt. The food is delicious, just like when I was a child at my abuela’s (grandma). I highly recommend! Also the place is very clean and new!
