I'm with a lot of the other reviews. Over priced much....... got the Gumbo. If you're going to serve someone Half of the container maybe put it in a smaller container so the customer doesn't feel jipped. The Gumbo was very flavorful with the right amount of spice. But 1 small scoop of rice..... rice is very inexpensive and they put it in a huge container to make it seem even smaller. $17 for a lunch. Nope

We like to try local places when traveling and this place was amazing! I'm a firm believer that bread makes the sandwich and their bread was on point. The club was probably the best i ever had. If i ever travel back to hickory this will definitely be on our list to stop at again.

Best sandwich you can get in Hickory by a long shot. Definitely a local hangout and gem. Just realized I've never reviewed this spot and they are my favorite lunch spot in Hickory. Their new dinner service on the weekends is also great if you have a chance. All their lunch sandwiches are always fantastic, especially their daily specials like the spiced lamb meatloaf banh mi I got today - so much flavor, great bread, and good crew working there under Zach. They always have a good local beer selection in the cooler and some interesting wine options, too.

I generally come here a couple times a month. But I went for lunch yesterday and they were swamped. Colin as usual was gracious and awesome.Food was delivered quickly and it was fantastic. I ordered the club w/ sweet potato fries.Parking: There is free street parking directly across from the front door, around the corner of the building, & down the street. Also, right down the street is a free two level parking garage.Wheelchair accessibility: Property has double front doors and a low angle ramp from the front counter to the sitting area. The lower chairs are wheelchair accessible.
