On the day of the eclipse my boyfriend brought me lunch to work so we can watch the eclipse together and enjoy some wraps from Jack and the Box. I didn’t even take a bite cause as soon as I looked down at my food to take a bite I saw a long black curly hair. I’ve tried reaching out to them twice and no contact back. Their phone goes straight to voicemail.

This place has almost every kind of food you can think of and the milkshakes are great.
If i could give a negative I would. This is one of the worst jack in the box I have been to. I had to get my food fixed 3 different times they gave me back the same food and when I told them it was cold and hard and i knew it wasn't fresh it was the food i just handed them(i took a corner off the bread and meat so i knew). The manager of the store was very rude with a attitude in her voice asking what i want her to do! Because I wanted fresh food the way I asked to be made. Her and some otherStart taking in Spanish so I couldn't understand what they were saying while looking at me and she kept giving me looks while I waited. I got my food again and guess what my food was still cold and hard after the 3rd strike iam never going back to this place again ? Jack in the box hire better people honestly!!!!

Fries were cold as soon as I got them from the window. The burger never disappoints! But really? I ordered 4 bobas and 2 ultimate bacon burger combo large. The real issue is. . . Tell me why they gave me stale hard nasty bobas. I know damn well when they saw this in their containers that the boba wasn’t healthy or better yet possible food poisoned! Why would you still put this in my drink? All 4 of them? I swear some happen to my kid Im filing a lawsuit. Bobas are supposed to look filling and black!
