Went for the prime rib which was just ok. I left most of it on the plate. My wife couldn’t eat her chicken wrap. She ate the fries. The place needs a total overhaul. There’s a nasty mop bucket kinda smell when you walk in the door. Very much the same smell as IHop on north main st. The carpet should be pulled up or at least vacuumed. Overall our experience here was just sad. If you want to try Austin’s you better do it now.Parking: There’s plenty of parking with even more open spaces coming soon.

We had the worst experience. The service was terrible. The manager used nasty language in front of my grandkids and nieces. The police were called because we received uncooked chicken, I ordered fries with no bacon but there was bacon on it. The alfredo was horrible and tasteless. We had 5 kids, two of them ordered burgers that were burnt. I ordered a ribeye steak and it looked like a strip steak. I consumed none of my meal but the manager expected me to pay. The waitress left us sitting for 15 minutes before checking on our party of 14. We are visiting from Ohio and wanted to enjoy our family. And they were nasty. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to a starving person.

My ribeye was correctly prepared... our waitress was great and on point today.
More expensive than I would have expected. I could have made the dish I ordered in my own kitchen and it would have been less expensive and tasted better. The service was a little slack... We had a group, so there was an automatic tip. Plus... They were out of Budweiser, our friend's favorite (he was not happy). We even had to chase down 2 different people to get our checks. It wasn't that bad, but we won't be back.

I was looking for a restaurant to accommodate a 50th birthday party with a large headcount on a Sat evening. Without hesitation, Bessie accepted my reservation and honored every request I made along the way. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back for our large group needs as well as dinner in general. Thank you Austin's staff for making my BF's birthday a one to remember!!

The steaks were very good !Service was painfully slow .The place needs a facelift and is in disrepair,water damage visible in the dining room, the carpet is at least 30 yrs old . Fix the place up And this is a 5 star steak joint !Dietary restrictions: I can not eat gluten and there are plenty of delicious options here
