“The Halal Gyro Place food truck in High Point is a must! I ordered the lamb and rice, chicken and rice, and French fries, and everything was outstanding. The portions were generous, the prices just right, the meat was incredibly tender, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The rice alone was so flavorful it could’ve been a meal by itself. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

I loved every single thing I tried and will definitely be back. The customer service was just as impressive — the man working the truck was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative.

“Tried this wing spot for the first time and it definitely lived up to the hype. Wings were crispy, sauced perfectly, and full of flavor. Fries were fresh, portions were good, and the customer service was on point too. Definitely one of the better wing places I’ve had in a while — I’ll be back for sure. I can’t remember her name but I think it was Holly, she even went above and beyond to help get my car unstuck across the street after they were closing. If that ain’t customer service I don’t know what is lol“

“Besides the fact that Oscars has served the best burgers and hotdogs in High Point for sixty years, their menu is full of other options of which to choose, breakfast and lunch! A small “mom and pop” cafe that is definitely worth a visit... It’s a family of employees and the people whom eat there on a daily basis! Known by name, by orders...some order the same thing every day and order is placed before they get in the door! How it was cooked along with the toppings all together made an explosion of great flavor ? Definitely worth the Food-Baby afterwards! “Went in for a quick bite after work and it did what I needed it to do. The place was fairly clean and the line moved at a decent pace, even with a few people ahead of me. I ordered a combo meal and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. Fries were fresh, not overly salty, and the burger tasted how you’d expect, nothing fancy but solid. Staff was polite enough, not overly chatty but got the order right. Prices felt normal for what you get these days. It’s not somewhere I’d drive out of my way for, but for a quick and easy meal, it works just fine and I’d go back again.“

“So yeah I love it. Went yesterday 7/28 and came back today to make sure it wasn't a fluke and low and behold it wasn't. Well Ricky, the cook from 7/28 was awesome, let me explain, have you ever ate cheese, jalapeno and onions fused together with a desired crunch, yeah that's what he gives. The fries were awesome and omg I took it home and it was still great not sweaty and still crispy. Samora, the waitress, ask for her. Hey energy is great and she never allowed the drinks to get low or food to get cold love her.
Now Shavonne, the manager had to step in on today, I didn't get the same good food vibe and energy from Carlos, the cook, so she stepped in and created the same remarkable experience for my second day in the row.
What does this tell me? IHOP you all have a manager that has the owner's vision at heart. Why do I say this? Instead of letting me just leave and remove the charges for food not prepared correctly she walked into the kitchen and prepared the food in the correct expectation of the guest.
I personally go to these restaurants and sit down, speak to my waiter or waitress, the manager and if the restaurant isn't too busy the cook just to get a vibe of how the establishment is ran and this IHOP in High Point NC on E. Parris is worth a try, and don't forget to ask for Samora.“

“We have stop here about once a week due to our summer schedule, they're always very friendly, service is top notch. Cailey usually runs our food, and she always follows up and makes time to check on us. Jessica has taken our order several times, she always has a smile and a kind word for us. Great service, great food.“
