Ordered two subs. Large Steak & Cheese, asked that mushrooms be added, menu says it comes with green bell peppers & onions. Sub had none of any, bread was toasted (burnt), asked for no deli mustard, it had mustard. I had Club on Sub, they told me they were out of turkey, but I could add extra ham in it's place, I said ok, asked for no deli mustard. Requested two pickles for both subs, had no pickles. Called restaurant several times after, no answer. Have pictures, very, highly dissatisified.

Went in for a to-go order, experience was sub-par. Ordered the BBQ Cuban sandwich. Portion size was fine and the wait was not too long, considering a couple ordered in front of us. But first issue, when I got back to my office to eat, There was no pulled pork or pickle chips that I could see, which is something that is supposed to come on the sandwich. Should have taken the time to open it up and check it before I left, but I didn't have much time to spare.Outside of that, the rest of the experience has to do with the state of the restaurant itself. The inside dining area was extremely hot. No AC running at all. We barely could stand waiting in there, much less consider eating there. Cleanliness of the dining area was in pretty bad shape, considering the time was right before Noon. The floors looks like they needed a serious mopping. Trash cans were overflowing at the top, and the self-serve drink area was in disarray. Considering this was Noon and they had just opened at 10:30, it seems like much of this was left from the night before at closing time, which is unfortunate.The truth of the matter is, the is generally the normal state of this location and has been for the last few years. Would be great to see things improve, as I often enjoy Firehouse Subs, but find I talk myself out of them when this location is my only option nearby.

This was our WORST Firehouse experience ever. We eat at FH 2-3 times/month and thankfully this isn’t our home location as we are traveling out of state. The staff were so unprofessional and so slow. We understand Firehouse is naturally a slower spot - it’s not subway fast but the staff that served us on Easter (not sure if it was their ‘B team’ because of the holiday), were slower than molasses - taking over 20 minutes to get our subs when there were only 2 small orders ahead of ours.This location was also very dirty and the person putting our food together had long black hair that was spilling out of her pony tail. She was also coughing while making our sandwiches………..Once we finally got our food, neither of our subs had tomatoes - which come on the sandwiches we ordered and as you can see photographed there was hardly any meat on one side of the sandwich and they were both cold.Would caution all to reconsider going to this location. By far our worst experience.

Location has turned for the worse. Placed an order for a 12:45 pick up. It is 1:10 and order is still not ready. Restaurant is dirty, counters sticky, no iced tea options available, soda machine looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks, trash on the floors and tables. All these issues and employees are standing around doing nothing. Cashier would not greet us when we walked in. While waiting for food to be ready after pick up time had come an passed, they notified us there was no ham for our order. An employee walked in from a break and smelled the entire restaurant up of weed. We asked for extra pickles and we received one. The sandwiches were cold when they were ordered as hot subs. Corporate really needs to come in and overhaul this location. This used to be an awesome Firehouse pre-Covid and we would visit often, where employees enjoyed being there, conversed with customers, and made delicious food. This is no longer the case, and sadly, we will not return to this location until changes are made.

I am not one to write reviews, so when I say do not eat at this restaurant, I mean it. The poor kid working was the only one there trying to take orders, make sandwiches and figure out what was wrong with the drink machine. The kid tried to give us a refund for the drink and we just asked for a bottled water instead...the cooler the water was in wasn't working either, that was fine, I dont mind room temp water, but geez, does anythig work in this place? Long story short, the owner or manager needs to come and help his staff if he/she does not have enough people to work. He/she needs to make sure the only drink machine in the restaurant is working properly, and that the staff has the support they need to have a properly cleaned and stocked restaurant. Will not be going back.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak via DoorDash and waited for 45 minutes. I heard nothing until I got a message from my dasher saying that they didn’t have any steak. No one from the store called me to say that they didn’t have steak. I was so upset, I tried calling them MULTIPLE times and they didn’t answer. This was really upsetting.

Always having an issue with this place when ordering through DoorDash. They take forever to make your order and suddenly they’re out of meat? Seriously? Get it together FireHouse.

Don't know how this place is open. The place is not clean and out of 5 employees only one was actually working. Two of which were just sitting outside when I arrived and entered after I did.The food was a mess. Sub was Sloppy and the bun was soggy right as it was handed to me. They forgot the mac and cheese, and once I got it, after waiting 5+ minutes, it was frozen!!Trash on the tables and all around the drink area. This place left a very bad impression.

I honestly don't know where to begin with how horrible this place is. Firstly, the staff, albeit friendly when face to face, were some of the worst employees I've ever seen in a food service atmosphere. They were beyond incredibly slow, joked and talked more than worked, and I watched as patrons in front of me received wrong order after wrong order. With 5 patrons in the store I waited 40 mins for my order to come up (2 subs). My wife's order was flat out wrong and I asked for a redo. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked the worker where her food was and she said "Oh $#!T I forgot to make that." Finally we sat down to eat, both of us took a bite and spat out the food. After waiting 50 mins to finally eat, we trashed both sandwiches and left. The meat was just nothing like I've had at any other firehouse. It was looked like chopped up dog food not sliced meat. This one really needs to be shut down.

Ordered online and they only sent one drink. Both chips were wrong. One sandwich was the completely the wrong sandwich, and the other was made incorrectly, which was a Turkey bacon ranch, and it had marinara sauce on/in it?????? No pickles on the side either. Terrible.

Don't waste your time, literally! I just spent 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches on a to go order. The 3 employees acted as if they couldn't be bothered to do the job they were being paid to do. Inside was disheveled & places that were dirty. All employees were scuffing around, wearing earbuds. The employee ringing me out put no pickle spears on all my sandwiches, even though I never said that. When I called them out on it, I was told they didn't have pickles, but magically I got my pickles. Spend your money more wisely & go around the corner to the other sandwich places!

The quality of Firehouse Subs at this location has seriously deteriorated over the last year. It used to be our favorite place to get a sub but given our last 3 experiences Subway is looking much better. Of the last 3 visits our order has not been made correctly even once. Today I put the order in online so there would be no mistakes and one of the subs was not even the correct meats. Once it was remade it still wasn't correct. The hot subs were barely lukewarm, not even enough to melt the cheese. There was only one other customer in the store so the errors were not because they were busy. I'm giving up on this location.
