The air must have been broken. It was 97 degrees outside and I know 80 in the restaurant. Smaller portions and to go orders are even smaller with 1/4 bag of chips. Majority of the staff is new and when you pass by, the parking is empty. Not one of High Point busiest Mexican Restaurants..... I'll drive 15minutes to yo Panchos!!

Good food. If you like extra spicy, order the chili Colorado. Hottest thing I've ever had off a menu without adding hot sauce or it being a challenge menu item.

Tried to eat dinner there Saturday evening. Sat for 25 minutes and no one ever came to our table to take drink order or any other order. One waitress walked by several times and spent more time flirting with the men in the next booth. A party of six came in after us, they were seated and drink orders taken. We did ask for a manager, however the manager was already gone for the evening. We left and ate elsewhere.

The customer service here was terrible. Our server was good but the owner was rude and rushed us out the restaurant saying they closed at 9:30. Then they sat another couple down to eat and proceeded to serve them past 9:30.

Not even 1 star. My dining experience was one of the worst I've had in years. From the moment we walked in until the moment wle left, my party and I regretted choosing to dine here. I want to say that Jesus our waiter tried his best to accommodate us. Our displeasure needed the attention of a manager. The greeter rolled his eyes when he realized it would be four of us dining, everything went downhill from there. The meal was horrible and the drinks were even worse! When we asked to speak to tge manager, Bernard came to our table. He was quite nasty even before we registered our complaints. When we told him our displeasure, he said your food is the portion it's supposed to be and your drinks have 1 1/2 liquor and walked away! Then at 9:30, Bernard walked back over to our table and said "We're CLOSED". Funny thing is a couple had just walked in and was receiving their Chips, salsa, and drinks. They were not told anything about the restaurant closing. We then asked for our checks. Jesus bought them to us, but we checked out with Bernard. The final straw was when he asked us to put our credit cards down and after he swiped them each of us held our hands out to receive them back and he dropped them on the counter. Terrible customer service with a splash of racism. I will never spend one more red penny in that place and I suggest others do not patronize it either. There are too many restaurants in this area for me to go somewhere, spend my hard earned money and be mistreated. So appalled!

Terrible service and the manger Bernard is beyond disrespectful. He damn near kicked us out of the restaurant and didn't address any issues we brought up.

I won’t recommend this place, they have no rice , they never bring me more drinks, I bought a margarita and served on a styrofoam glass , I do asked to the waitress to put on a glass cut but he refused to do it even when I told hem to charge me extra money to do it they didn’t, poor service.
We've returned several times in the past two months, always as a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). The service is quick and kind. The food is good!
I ordered spinach dip. The dish that came out was hot milky water with whole leaf spinach. No seasoning! No flavor! No substance!
