I ordered 2 pizzolis and a salad. The lady that took my order and prepared my food was kind. She was the only one there. My food was hot and fresh.

We usually order from this particular marco's as it's close to home. They are always accommodating. Recently, we placed an order over the phone and when we went to pick it up, we were told someone accidentally switched off the oven and messed up our order. They remade the pizza and gave us a larger order to make up for the mishap. We enjoyed our pizza.

Why wouldn’t you have your dining room open? Seems ridiculous to have chairs and tables and not allow guests to sit there. Will never come back because we live too far away for the pizza to be eaten hot and fresh. By the other reviews seems like this isn’t a good place anyways.

Customer service was very bad. Keyataya hung up the phone. Because I ask what pizza special was and she state she won't give that out in store you have to go online. With an attitude. When I called back she stated she was the manager. I asked for her GM she stated her name was Wendy and hund up. This is Christmas Eve and if she is unhappy with her job she need to let someone else have it. I used to love coming here cause I like the food but I don't do disrespect when I am spending my money. I can't get anyone from this company to reach out to me so customer are not there priority...
We have been to other Marcos in the triad and we really enjoy their pizza. But this location was disappointing. The pizza wasn't cut at all. The breadsticks looked and tasted really weird. And we didn't get the crust topper we ordered online. Disappointing food.

Marcos has great pizza. Love the chewy yet crispy crust. The pepperoni magnifico has two different pepperonis on it. So delicious!

I went in today at a little before noon. Both google and the resteraunt's website say it opens at 11am on a Wednesday. I went in to get a pizza and I was not even acknowledged when I walked in the door. When I went up to the register, the two women were extremely rude and barely acknowledged me. Did not ask me anything, did not say anything. I waited there for a minute and they just held their own conversation with me right in front of them. The fact that they were open and they did not even acknowledge me was extremely rude, and I was the only one in there. Even if they were not open yet, they could have told me that they were not, but they said nothing.

Food and service were great. Ordered just a small cheese pizza to try out since I had a craving and was at the wrong pizza joint and decided to try them since I was there already.Although it is open, looks more like they are going out of business. All the lights were off, no seating since the chairs were on the tables. This order was around 3:00pm, so can’t say they had just opened. Not sure if they are trying to save on the electric bill. Just didn’t seem too inviting, but the pizza was good and will order again whenever there’s another craving.
