Went to this location to get a tuna sub. They didn't have onions, cucumbers or green peppers ? what a disappointment. And I had my mind set on this tuna sub all day. South main Subway would never.

This subway is one of my least favorites to go to. They recently must have had a change of staff as the two employees I liked I no longer see. I went in today and they were out of bread - the one thing a business like subway needs to operate. The ingredients frequently look old and taste bland. It’s a wonder this place stays in business yet people seem to agree it’s mid tier. Even the employees aren’t friendly

PLEASE READ! Took my wife and two kids to this location. They said they would NOT make four sandwiches and that the LIMIT is three. Anything more than three sandwiches is a catering order because of the amount of bread they make daily. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I will NEVER go to this location or any other subway location that has such a ridiculous policy. How can a restaurant not feed a family of four?

I walked in this store and the 1st thing I heard was loud, offensive music blasting. Food was ok, but not at over $22 fr just just 2 subs and nothing else-that is ridiculous!! I’ll never walk into this location again!!

Staff is unhelpful and unconcerned with service. Broken soda machine that has been broken for months wasn’t mentioned until payment when they said they had to charge for a bottled drink so combo wouldn’t be honored. Order was Wong- wrong bread, wrong condiments. Bad management and terrible service.

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before returning to this Subway which I don't use frequently. The last time I used it was probably a year ago and there was an entirely different staff. A much better staff if I may say so. The staff I witnessed tonight was very unappealing, dirty looking and couldn't be bothered. The 2 friends that the employee was speaking to while having his back facing me near the entry door, Let him know that I was approaching. I had already placed and picked up my online order but luckily my instincts told me to check. I noticed there was a sub missing and again I retur6n with the man's back still turned towards me, and I told him without him ever turning around.... you left a sub out it's over there on the counter, please go get it. Without any words spoken between us ( i was the only one who spoke) he went to retrieve this sub and I went on my way. I don't know who owns this location but they need to sell. I will never return here for any reason! Not to mention that shortly after I placed my online order they called me to let me know that their toaster was broken more than half of my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, how convenient. By far the worst Subway out of any I've been to in various states.

Order here pretty consistently as I work right near here. Seeming like the only thing consistent from this particular location however is screwed up sandwiches. Don’t go here if you want your sub toasted, or instructions followed. They rush them through the toasters to “save time”, so you end up with soggy bread. Or you get the, we’re out of bread, or my personal favorite, you can hit baseballs with our bread that was “made fresh” this morning. They will remake your stuff, but the remakes leave you nearly as frustrated as the original. Don’t bother coming here for your subs, take that business elsewhere.

The worst sub ever the bread must have been at least 10 days old. Crumbly and falling apart. Had little to know meat on it and dries a bone I had asked for mayonnaise and got nothing. It's pretty bad when your dog won't even eat it. Never again will I order from the store.

Terrible customer service the girl taking care of our order had nasty attitude, it made us feel like she didn't want it to make our sandwich. Everything we was trying to put on our sandwiches she kept saying that's extra or should've ask me to put that at the beginning so over all I didn't get the chance to put everything I want it due to her complaining about the topics I want it in . If I'm paying for something it shouldn't be a complaint. Never coming back to this location!!

The first time we went was about a week ago…the female employee seemed annoyed to have customers while the guy was friendly and helpful…the items looked like they hadn't been swapped out in some time. Lettuce was brown, spinach was wilted etc. overall it was okay. We decided to go back tonight, placed an order online and walked in the guy says we only have a few meats…well I placed my order online do you have ham?? No ham…okay so will you refund my card..the guy didn’t know so he asked the girl who says I never even accepted your order so it will refund….umm k.. why are you out of so many things an hour before closing?? Or are you just too lazy to go to the back to open more??? We will not return! Wasted gas and time coming for nothing.Edit: a week later still no refund now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge! Unbelievable!
