Trashes place ever my nuggets was undone I ask the employees to fix them I got cussed out came in the tell the manager what's going on even the general manger cussed me out they called the police on me and got me banned because my food wasn't don't nobody in the store had no respect for a paying customer who only wanted what she paid for

My order was completely wrong but what's the used talking to the manager or corporate if your food wrong just your hard earned money gone down the drain just have to imagine you gad you that good idea of nice burgers you imagine they treat you like a suspect if you did something wrong all I did was come spend cash with wendy's I didn't think any harm was to it.you write a bad review all they do is get a employee to fill out someone receipts on a survey and give a good review to make their rating go back up and the first they ask is do you have your receipts duhh yall kept it to cover up your dirty work.

I placed an order online. Mind you, the app asks what time you are arriving. I get there and my order is not in the little online order box. I see my name and order at the top of the list on the order board, and several people get their food before me. I then go to the cashier to ask about my order and was told that dine in orders take priority. I asked her if something had changed because my order was always ready when I get there. I was confused because the little sticker on the door said something like "Skip the line, order online." So I would have gotten my order quicker if I walked in and got a "for here" order? Make it make sense.

Started off by getting my drink order wrong then was told to pull to the side to wait for my food. They ended up giving my food order to the another customer and instead of remaking my food since they had already handed to the wrong customer they just took it back from the other customer and tried to give it to me.

Gave a one star for everything because I didn't even get to eat. Waited 25 minutes for somebody to take my order was late for work. Could not get anybody to take my order. Somebody was in front of me waiting for theirs deep it then so I can get to work on time. On an empty stomach. Left super early so I could get breakfast only to have my time wasted and i'm still hungry
