“This is literally the first place we found to eat in the Highlands. They had all kinds of breakfast and lunch items with a Latino flair. I got 2 breakfast tacos that came with a black bean cilantro soup. I really liked them both. The hubs had a traditional breakfast of link sausage, eggs scrambled hard, 1 pancake and grits. It was okay. Not 5 stars good. The server and greeter both had a hard time taking our orders as neither spoke or understand English very well. The greeter seated us and tried to take our drink order, we could not get her to understand we wanted water with lemon. The server had to come back and get the drink order. Going to try some other places while we are in Highlands.“

“Second trip to this restaurant. Here for the holiday weekend every year, and this place may just become a yearly stop. Super nice staff. Excellent food. Their quiche of the day: crab, smoked gouda, and spinach was deeeelicious. My friend had the onion soup and the salmon BLT and she enjoyed both. Clean place with a country feel. Just what you want from a corner cafe in a small town. Thanks for another great lunch!“

“I highly, highly recommend Debbie and her team to cater your event! Our rehearsal dinner caterer cancelled on us last minute, and Debbie was able to step in and provide a delicious meal with exceptional service. She and her team stayed far longer than they probably expected to, and were gracious and helpful throughout. She saved us when we were desperate, and the food was so yummy as well. You want to work with this team!“
