I frequent this Panera, mostly because my gym is next door, I am a Sip club member, and a major coffee drinker. So I have generally been very tolerant of any issues encountered. The past few times I have dined here, my sandwich bread was burnt and my Frontega "chicken" sandwich had maybe 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Seems like a nice new facility, although I am always just an early morning drive through customer. I've been ordering the Black Forest ham and Gouda melt with arugula for a couple of months now when recently...the last two times that I've ordered, they stopped using arugula and started using lettuce. Can I just say that melted lettuce does NOT hold up as the intended arugula would? Toasted lettuce is just YUCK! This is not a cheap sandwich in any way. I've not enjoyed having to...read full review

The Food was okay for my first time at this Panera, delicious coffee... However the service wasn't the best, essentially the girl who took my order up front was very sweet. Although when I was grabbing my food she was sneezing all near the counter without covering her face multiple times... a little gross... The young manger as well had some strong words with the coworkers about some young lady. Hopefully this can be improved if I return.
