Let me begin by saying that Robbie and the staff at the Holly Springs location are some of the friendliest food service workers I have ever had the pleasure dealing with.I will admit that I eat here way too much but it’s only because they have the freshest ingredients and make the best sandwiches. Counter at checkout was filthy. Crumbs and olive oil and liquids all over checkout counter area. Oily fingerprints on the touch screen pay system with no sanitizer. Crumbs on the floor and tables from the lunchtime rush that hadn't been cleaned 3 & 1/2 hours later. I was really disappointed when I asked for a regular sized sandwich. Because I didn't get half a super sub size. I got 1/3 the size. Watching her cut the sandwich in 2, left me with two small roll sized sandwiches half...read full review
